In Time Review

Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried star in a future world where you only age until you turn 25. Sounds great right? The curveball is that you are designed to live only one more year unless you have the means to buy more time. this is all part of the world that In Time is set in.
I’m always a little hesitant to watch a film starring Justin Timberlake. It’s not because I hate the guy or anything like that, I just find it hard to watch a former boy band vocalist as an actor. However, I can honestly say that his performance was good. I’m actually starting to believe that he just might be able to do this thing.
Justin and Amanda work really well together as they show in time how the rich and poor are in fact equal and that nobody should have the choice to live longer just because they have more time. One of the best things about the film is to see what people are willing to do with the time they have left. Time has become their currency and without it, they die. It makes you think about your own life and what you might or might not do if you were put in that same situation.

Director Andrew Niccol does a great job of moving the story along and pulling you in. The action is decent, the dialogue is good, and it keeps you guessing like most thrillers do.
Watch this movie. You won’t be disappointed and it won’t be time wasted.
